Hi Brook,

The Musée also has human remains. It is interesting because the
museum was at some point a medical faculty and had a medical and
anatomy museum. I have attached a picture. I am not sure but I
think in France human remains might be less controversial than
in Australia. I’ll think about it more as we will try to fi nd out what
they have at the museum. I should try to get you connected with the
person in charge of storage place of the Muséum National d’Histoire
naturelle in Paris, they have the main “collection” of human re-
mains, the phrenology collection and the “exotic” cast collection.

Hi,

We bought the stone from Brisbane and it was his grandmother’s who
lived on a property in pooncarie and that is where he said it came from,
he also has a lot of other aboriginal things from that area but would only
part with one thing at the moment, if I get any more I can let you know.

I have located “my skeleton.” My sister
still has the bones and they can be col-
lected whenever suits you. As I said, it is
only a half skeleton, but a real skull is
much better and more appropriate.
